"I just moved out of this apartment building after living there for 3 years, and I have to say that it was a fantastic place to call home. The staff were professional and friendly, especially Erica!! The building was always clean and well-maintained. The amenities were great, and the community of residents was diverse and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a good living space with a great community."

"Overall, pretty good experience. I only signed a 6 month lease and during that time, the stay was relatively quiet (except for normal apartment noises, like you can hear people in the hallways/can hear people upstairs walking around) and I never felt unsafe there. If you’re looking to rent, my only suggestion would be to keep in contact with the leasing office. I understand they have a ton of tenants, so they are sometimes slow in getting things out, but if you call them, they are always willing to meet and discuss things with you (Erica in the office is AMAZING and very helpful). They can be a little picky with move-out…they took $70 from my security deposit for a stick-on light I had left in a coat closet and for the carpets. I had deep cleaned the carpet before I left, but charged me for areas where my furniture made dents in the carpet. Overall, I would recommend this place to any future renters!"

"The community is really beautiful. In spring time you can see Cherry Blossom trees right outside your apartment. The grounds are really well kept and there is greenery all around. Its great for a morning walk around the Bent Willow Circle. They have a really large pool and outside barbecue area. The management staff is really helpful and nice to talk to. All issues are resolved promptly. Love the place!"
