The Hills at Milford Mill Apartments

"Honestly, I’m not ngl most of these comments are pretty accurate. A lot of water bug roach things in the apartment + ground mice, the staff at this location never helps nor answer the email they keep giving to these reviews. I’ve called about 5-10 times about the fact that we don’t have a mailbox door, and my bf that lives here has been here for 2-3 years and he hasn’t had it the entire time he’s been here, of course trying to contact them and even showing up at their facility. Which, might I add they close sooner than I was told on Saturdays. I was told 4 pm, I got there at 330 and the building was vacant. This place charges a lot of hidden fees, so look out for that. We almost got evicted, along with most of my apartment building because of an extra $400 they made us pay…for SEWAGE! And they only gave us a week to pay that! Can you believe this place?! Basically, don’t come here. The area is… interesting, to say the least and the staff that’s supposed to help you with facilities maintaince, CLEARLY doesn’t! Let alone, the prices keep sky rocketing every year."

"First off not recommended roaches,rodents,creatures ive never seen,this is place is ghetto and everytime i call the office reffering to them about all these creatures in my home they are polite and all buddy buddy and they wont come till you disturb them well well"

"Signature properties took over this property months ago, bought in all new staff and it's not good at all. The building I live in is roach infested, has mice and maintenance requests are NEVER answered. I work from home, never have seen a maintenance crew on the grounds since signature properties took over. Also, the children living here have nothing to do but trash and play in the hallways, parking lots and no one cares. Complex just put up cameras, the office staff/leasing manager are no help and what are cameras going to do when you don't assist your residents. Saving my money so I can break this lease, will pay to get out of here."

"I'm a new resident in this area and the Lantern Hill Community has been nothing short of fantastic. From the application, approval and move-in process, the entire team treated me with care and respect. Special shout out to the leasing team and maintenance team for prepping my home for move-in. The neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant with children playing safely and members respecting one another. The secured building doors and laundry in each building are a re-assuring touch of security. The parking is wonderful too. You are about 8 minutes from the West Baltimore City Line and The GREAT Coppin State University. Hgwy 695 is literally 2 minutes away which will take you to 95, 295, 70 and 40. Large and small retail is roughly 10-15 minutes away and Grocery is about 5-10. The landscaping is well kept. I have noticed 0 pest and the furry family members seem to be trained with no waste on the grass. Looking forward to many months and years at this wonderful community!
