"This is a very nice community. The grounds are always kept looking great. The one big complaint for me is how rent is calculated. You sign your lease say for $1700 a month and that's never increased until your lease expires; but you also have added on to that $1700 every month around $146 or more that management doesn't consider rent, but I sure do ! The one added fee is called Amenities and includes about five additional charges such as trash removal and my favorite - almost $5 a month for each of the two additional fees for administrative fees, so, $10 a month so they can charge you these additional fees. The second additional monthly fee is called Utilities .These fees combine now add $146 a month to my rent and they keep raising it. Those additional costs can be and are raised any time management chooses. So, your total rent can go up any time. There is no discount for tenants who live here 5 years or more, as we once had with a prior management group. On the positive side, the management staff here has always been great. Easy to talk to; if you have a maintenance problem or any other problem, they are quick to get on it and have it resolved and the grounds are always well maintained."

The Property Manager is also class personified. Apartment that was showed was very cozy and gorgeous. Love the architecture of the place as well. Cannot wait to apply. Hope to get approved!"
