"I was considering moving here, the prices are unmatched, I have a friend that moved in not even a year ago and the problems she’s had is ridiculous, which quickly helped me to change my mind, she complained about the floors, the rodents and roaches, old and outdated appliances, upon reading the reviews, it seems Ms. Cheryl and Q hold the residents down and are amazing people but that doesn’t negate the fact this place is old and outdated,(out of their control) I think it has potential, I was definitely going to inquire about it but after hearing all the complaining and fussing from my friend it seems like a 10 I would not recommend, I hope they don’t raise the rent considering they’re not doing any upgrades that’s how the rent stays low I’m sure"

"I moved in around mid October and so far my experience has been great. My neighbors have been polite and respectful. Maintenance has been great. I haven’t seen any roaches or mice. I hope that stays the same. My only complaint are the dumpsters… The trash gets piled up so quickly that garbage is everywhere near the the dumpster… Overall my experience has been amazing"
