"I recently had the displeasure of renting a property managed by Real Property Management Pros and dealing with [13517 Delaney Road, Woodbridge VA property. My experience was so frustrating, unprofessional, and detrimental to my health and safety that I feel compelled to share my ordeal. Inefficient Process (0 stars): The entire renting process was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was abysmal, consistently failing to respond to my inquiries in a timely manner as well as ignoring pre-move-in request. Necessary paperwork was mishandled, leading to delays and confusion. I felt like a burden for simply trying to get the basic information I needed. The lack of organization and efficiency in the process made the entire experience needlessly stressful. Lack of Professionalism (0 stars): Professionalism was sorely lacking in every interaction with both the property manager and the landlord. Landlord was consistently dismissive of my concerns and seemed more interested in collecting move-out fees than ensuring the property was maintained properly. The property manager, Amy and Chelsey, displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism, making me question their qualifications for managing properties. Basic courtesy and respect seemed to be foreign concepts to them, as my questions went unanswered for days/weeks. and pulling unauthorized payment through their third party associate. Health and Safety Concerns (0 stars): My biggest grievance revolves around the blatant disregard for health and safety within the property. Numerous maintenance issues were neglected, including plumbing problems, mold infestations, and overall cosmetic issues- noted in my move-in documents as well as maintenance request. Despite reporting these concerns repeatedly, they were either addressed inadequately or completely ignored. My health suffered as a result of living in a property (being sick and on quarters for numerous of week through the stay) that was clearly not up to code, and the property manager's lackadaisical attitude towards addressing these issues was beyond frustrating. In conclusion, my experience with Real Property Management Pros and the Landlord] has been nothing short of a nightmare. I implore anyone considering renting from them to think twice and explore other options. Renters deserve better treatment and living conditions than what this property manager and landlord provide."
