"I lived there for over 7 years and I was paying 1,770 for my apartment because the other apartment they tryed to give me was Roach infested, then the new management came in and saw what I was paying and gave me Problem after problem trying to kick me out because they knew they could rent my apartment for more money ! So they did , They evicted me over a $100... heartless Greedy Greedygreety"

"Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Countless issues with this place. You’ll pay way more than it worth, bugs are an issue, poor property management, no real amenity’s and the rent goes up over $300 a year! Couldn’t wait to get out of this place and getting your deposit back is like pulling teeth. Keep looking, there are much better apartments around the same price point."

"I Can say this living here if there are any issues on the property Management responds to the matter quick. fixed there maintenance Guy is on time when it comes to fixing anything. Management does there best they can't fix everything over night."

"We lived here for 1 year a couple of years ago. We moved in on a Saturday. Saturday night bedbugs came out from everywhere. They tried to blame us and say they came with us. Another incident, our neighbor below us broke into someone else’s apartment (he had issues with drinking) cut his hand and left a giant pool of dried blood in the walkway (the apartment complex did nothing). My car was also hit in the parking lot by someone doing laps in the lot. Lastly, they took our entire deposit (which has never happened to us) and then blamed it on having to rip up the entire carpet because of a mark that was about 1in by 1in. They also charged us an additional amount so we had to pay more on top of them taking the full deposit. Oh, the front lady always called me by the wrong name. Overall I’d never recommend this place ever."

"I don't know what happened, but somewhere down the line this place changed way to much. Rent went from being 1,650 for a two bedroom to 2,000 (within a year time frame). Even if you decided not to renovate your apartment. Within the year, I have also seen the people upfront change more then 4 times. So either someone was doing something shady, or the company isn't providing enough for it's employee's. Which in return causes the tenants to pay because they don't want to do the work, or work with the tenants. My advice, don't go for here. The apartments, and any "maintenance" are not worth the cost of living. You can find apartments in better areas, better communities for either around the same price or a little less with nicer layouts and a friendlier community."
