"Great admin staff, Kyle, Mercedes and Tony (maintenance) are wonderful! Very helpful and courteous always.Thank you guys for doing your very best in helping my daughter and I move in. Smooth transition. Everyone is lovely here and I love that the playground is across from us. Gym is very nice too. The only downside is that the washer and dryer are smaller than average. We love it here otherwise!"

"Multiple hidden fees that don't pop up until three months post move in. Maintenance will just barge into your home unannounced, and without knocking, your neighbors are constantly screaming and blasting music until 4 in the morning. Not to mention the apartments are flea ridden. I have made multiple maintenance requests for things that require fixing but have yet to be fixed. This includes the mold that has been under my sink for MONTHS. The contract is the worst contract I have ever gotten myself into. This place is a total and complete scam and has outrageous fees. $2000 for a one bedroom apartment in what was once section 8 living is barbaric to me. Not to mention the gunshots outside your window at night! Do yourself a massive favor and don't move here. They don't care about you at all! And will charge you out the butt for ridiculous fees monthly any way they legally can. My smoke detectors didn't even work the night my neighbor's apartment caught on fire. Nobody's did! If my husband wasn't awake, we would have never seen the smoke barreling down the stairs and hearing the neighbors screaming to get out. Smoke damage in my home and flooding from the damage, but yet, supposedly my apartment was ok to move back into. I'm sure they'll even try to charge me for the mold damage and the smoke damage coming from my vents. They like to make up numbers as they go and change things mid term. Of course I was the stupid one renting from Van Metre. Just can't wait for my lease to let up. This is the biggest scam I've ever gotten myself into! They're pigs! Never ever ever sign a lease with these people. Save yourself the legal fees and headache."

"The staff is awesome and Antonio can fix anything. He always calls before he comes as not to catch me off guard. The pool is beautiful, they just recently got comfortable new pool chairs and furniture. There are many free social events. The gym is clean and the equipment is top of the line. There is the most serene path you can walk on behind the complex with multiple babbling brooks and a pond. I sit on my back porch which is private and enjoy the wildlife. I love that they are pet friendly, my 2 cats mean the world to me. I have a storage unit right below my apartment that is very cheap where I keep many of my art supplies. I've lived in many apartments and this is by far the best."

"This is rob Edwards at 146 clubhouse drive Southwest in Leesburg Virginia. I've had the pleasure of having your representative and she has been outstanding. I'll tell you I've never had such good service. I've lived here for 21 years and the service has always been great. But this latest is helping me now paloma has been just outstanding. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her help and I'll be happy to give another advice on her because she's so good."

"Hands down the best renting experience I have ever had. Management has been very responsive and accommodating since the day I moved in. Edin and Lea are very personable and genuinely care that I am happy in my living space. Lea had to come when I was setting up my WiFi and she noticed the air filters needed to be changed which she then arranged with maintenance. I was very impressed with the promptness and attention to these small details. Aside from the exceptional staff, including maintenance who have quickly resolved any issues (thank you Antonio!), I was very pleased with the condition of the apartment. It was very clean, all the appliances looked like new, and the carpet was less than a year old. Additionally, once a week the building corridor is mopped and vacuumed. I have nothing but good things to say about Tuscarora Creek Apartments and if you are considering it, I highly recommend living here!!"
