Met Leesburg Apartments,

"Property managers and staff are not available, there is currently a temp agency that is picking up calls. The elevator went out for days, the call box has gone out multiple times and is currently not working to allow guests in, only fob entry is working. Requested I pay $50 for emergency lock out despite their inability to uphold a standard of functioning devices. Super noisy, and the pool was closed in the middle of the day for an hour without notice to residents, you would think 2k + per apartment would allow them enough money to pay for a second lifeguard. Ridiculous, not to mention dirty apartments, I have hair all over the walls from whoever painted the apartment. So gross, and water damage on the ceiling that was denied by office staff who insisted on calling me the wrong name, as well as putting that same name on all of my documents and sharing incorrect information as I was moving in. This place isn’t worth the hype. Will be adding photos soon."

"I love living at the Metropolitan. My apartment was so very clean when I moved in and the staff is very responsive. It is also surprisingly quiet in my apartment. I can walk to many restaurants, shops and Wegmans. Maintenance is efficient and responded quickly to my one and only issue. The rent is comparable and this place has more to offer than other places I have toured. Highly recommend."

"The met is great! I felt supported and helped here, Erika was great, and Katie too. They were helpful as we were moving in, answering my many questions and laying everything out there clearly so there were no surprise payments! This is honestly just a great place to live. Nearby restaurants and coffee shops and wegmans... it’s literally a city, in the country!! The only thing is that if you live near chef scape, they definitely stay up late and are pretty loud. We talked to the met and they seemed concerned about it, which is great, and they told us they can complain if it becomes too much, we will do that soon!! Love the met!! Love the village ❤️"
