"Went in for workers comp claim to get checked out. I was in exam room and heard through the door the doctor or PA making a comment about my work ethic. I see they didn't practice hippa. I will never go back."
"0 stars the doctor wasn't very thorough and rushed us to leave because my baby was getting fussy. Told us to wait in the waiting room because of his crying "said it may or may not help but we needed to go out there". Also shoved two swabs at once up my nose for testing. Had no time and acted like we were an issue to be seen."
"I was unable to call to check what insurance they took. My young son is sick and not a single human will answer a very basic question for me. When I try the phone prompts I get put in a phone loop because no one there will bother to manipulate the phones. So I thought I could check the website for insurances and I couldn't not find it and it wanted to schedule my son whom I don't know if they take his insurance for an appt hours away. If I wanted to wait hours I would simply take him to the ER. Poor service and as health care workers they should be ashamed making basic care so hard to get there. I have personally used them before and the service was not great but with it being Sunday my options are limited and I didn't want my son to continue to be miserable because he has been getting sicker. This urgent care is awful."
"Every single time I walk into this place it’s a problem. It’s the biggest joke in the world. Today they had a sign up at 4:45 that said “Schedule is full for the evening” so they couldn’t see my 5 year old daughter. I went onto the website, and they had 5 appointments available. Now, I didn’t know you could schedule appointments online. I assumed walk ins were always welcome. I was wrong. They also lied and said they were full and they weren’t. At this point, I’d rather drive 40 minutes to get to a different urgent care, that’s not medexpress or risk ir all at Jameson. I thought medexpress was a fast solution when you’re sick or injured. I guess it’s a glorified, yet ineffective doctors office."
"“You’re going to have to get her out of here. We have other patients”. “She is having a tantrum. She has autism. What do you want me to do?” “What do you normally do when she has tantrums?” I provide her a safe space for her to have her big feelings. We were safe in an exam room. She was not hurting anything. She was just screaming in frustration. This office has no compassion nor tolerance for children with big emotions. Autism or not. We had to leave without getting results. Because we were an inconvenience. Will never take my babies here again. She also started to tell me that an autism diagnosis does not mean that she should get to tantrum in public. (At a doctor office that we were paying for) If you have a choice, choose better. This office is NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY."
