"Though I get a Starbucks daily, the experience at this locations has not been the same. Baristas and customers used to know one another and exchange casual conversation. You barely get a hello now from most of them. Overall, like many Starbucks locations, that warm and inviting feeling to come on in, grab a coffee, have a seat, read the paper or do homework, or catch up with a friend is COMPLETELY GONE. It’s almost like the company now prefers you to order on the app, come in and quickly grab the purchase and go. As a result, in addition to the insane spike in pricing the last three years, I’ve cut my spend at Starbucks in half: once daily opposed to two."
"Long waits, as of recent, at this Starbucks make it hard to want to come back. Ordering one drink with the whole store filled with people waiting makes me less likely to come back. One of the favorite places but this location truly needs to work on order time"
"This was my favorite Starbucks before I moved out of the west side a month ago. I will still stop by when I’m in the area. This location was recently updated. You can now check your name in screen to see if your order is ready, instead of not knowing and then you have no choice but to ask. I wished all stores get the same update. And congrats to the employees on recently voting on becoming a union and winning the vote!! Y’all deserve it!!"
