They cannot correctly enter information into the computer and cannot adequately communicate with customers. You have stand there to pay attention to what they are doing or it will take all day. We could literally hear them calling in our insurance and spelling the name wrong, giving incorrect info... I should be able to go to my local pharmacy without this much hassle."
