Prince Benji 2 Dog Grooming

"Qui was personable and pleasant when I spoke with her on the phone. We had no issues with scheduling or dropping off. When I picked KeKe up, she looked pretty good however, I requested to keep her ear hair long and it’s been cut much shorter than anticipated and had a small portion that was left uneven. I also noticed after getting home that my dog was constantly licking her paw. When I inspected her paw, I saw she was bleeding. Apparently she was nicked when having her paws trimmed. I would hope I would have been told when I picked her up but, I was not. I ended up calling and speaking with Qui, who then told me, “Yeah I cut it down a little further than I should have but, I put some antiseptic on it. I’ll give you a discount next time”. There’s also a bald spot on her chest where the hair was cut clean off. I wasn’t told about that either. KeKe has not been acting like her self since bringing her home. I initially was looking for the original location. I learned after speaking with my friend, who referred me, that I actually went to the wrong location. I doubt that I would go back. I don’t like that full disclosure was not given at pick up, and I was left to discover those things. This was not a good experience for her or me."
