"There are new pharmacy technicians and one (Bryce Rph) who has been there for at least a couple of years. Bryce has always been professional, pleasant and helpful. The older technicians, not so much.\nYou new staff is FANTASTIC!! Night and day! They're personable and make large efforts to accommodate your customers. \nThere were times when I didn't even go in because of the crankiness I'd experience.\nPlease keep these nice people. Give them all, especially Bryce a raise so they'll STAY FOREVER.\nThank you!"

"Horrible horrible experience. Rude & insensitive pharmacists— was speaking to me, while on the phone. Will never go back here again. Waited over an hour to get prescription, after being told it would be ready in 15minutes, only to be told that they wouldn’t fill it until speaking to doctor again. Even though the doctor had sent the prescription in multiple times. Such an awful experience."

"DO NOT SEND YOUR SCRIPTS HERE. Had my boyfriend Charged pick upm my prescription and they had him pay a $175 copay for the generic even though I've been getting the brand medication for free for years. Wait is terrible, service is terrible, staff is unknowledgeable about insurance and unwilling to walk to the insurance when they mess up. Save yourself the hassle and send your prescription elsewhere."

"Why don't they hire more staff for high volume times? Also, last year Jan.- May (May had ear operation) I was having very bad hearing problems. In March I explained this when talking to the young man who was waiting on me in pharmacy. He insisted on mumbling and not responding to any of my question except with a mumble noise with his mouth mostly closed. I asked louder if I could speak to a manager. What happened should not have happened to anyone. I needed no correction at that time: I needed decent staff at CVS. I did finally get a manager and the problem was solved. This all happened just to pick up a prescription! When I finally got the manager, I got my prescription with no problem. You need to hire people who can speak clearly and with the correct amount of volume. I wasn't having that much of a problem with most people at that time."
