"This place is basically purgatory for its customers. Took multiple trips in the same day because they won’t let you know when your prescription is ready and they take an absurd amount of time. Even when something was ready they refused to give me my doctor prescribed medication because the airhead pharmacist didn’t like the way it was written. I’m unsure why this place hasn’t been shut down and everyone fired. The pharmacist in particular should lose her license. Definitely never come to this nightmare pharmacy!"

""It's the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever seen. Before leaving home, i called, and i spoke with the pharmacy he said i come pick up the meds. I the pharmacy i met there, his name is Atlias, or whatever name. They refused to give me my prescription because I reminded him. That my doctor prescribed allergy, 3 different medications for me to pick up. They had me waiting for 35 minutes, and I didn't get my medication from them. I left. Please, folk, don't ever go to this location they are dubious, heartless, wicked people working in the pharmacist there."

"Everyone was incredibly helpful with getting my prescription after Walgreens could not do anything right. Was told insurance wouldn’t cover it, but CVS had no issues with my insurance. They were fast and very helpful."

"After waiting 4+ hours on hold with this CVS, the Essex one, and CVS corporate for someone to speak to about a simple prescription transfer, it took calling the front desk for someone to tell me they are “short staffed”. Finally, I am put through and the man who runs this pharmacy would not stop interrupting me. After being told multiple times that if I cannot transfer the prescription, I am not rescheduling, he STILL almost rescheduled the appointment anyway. I was hung up on. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and from someone whose job it is to handle my medications. Never again. Do not go here. Take your prescriptions somewhere else. These people and the Essex location don’t care enough to even answer their phones."

"Goid service at this location. This is a smaller CVS, so, it's a little tight at the register when you check out. They have all that you would need! Pharmacy is really good with prescriptions. Convenient locaruin."
