"Customer service/satisfaction is never a priority at this pharmacy. I stopped using this location some time ago but I have a cousin who needs me to retrieve their medications. More often than not mistakes are made and scripts are not fully/properly filled. This results in multiple trips after they have notified you to pick up your meds. You'd do better using Walmart."

"Brought my mom here for her covid vaccine appt. and the pharmacist denied her J&J vaccine because she's allergic to PEG. I showed her CDC website lists moderna and pfizer contain PEG while J&J doesn't. I even showed her my mothers doctor letter saying she could take the vaccine. Pharmacist froze up when i asked her if the doctor and cdc are wrong and still said she could not vaccinate her. A person before me had an allergic reaction to J&J and she froze up did not know what to do - not surprised since the pharmacist doesnt know the ingredients in the vaccines. The list of allergies she showed me did not have polysorbate (which is in J&J) so her form was outdated. I even called before i took the hour drive here and recognized her voice in person, on the phone she said it was fine she take it knowing her allergy to PEG but still didn't give her the vaccine. She's rejecting eligible people for the vaccine and putting people at risk by injecting them without knowing the difference between vaccines."

"Called Giants today on Loch Raven to confirm my patient pharmacy concerns. Mary answered the phone, although she wasn't rude, she wasn't pleasant either. She sounded extremely tired and forced to answer the phone. I truly hope she's able to turn her day around."
