The shop is nicely decorated and the owners are always pleasant. I received a newsletter in the mail with their upcoming updates....how cute!!! They also allow you to schedule out your appointments for the year, months in advance. During our appointments, my dog is always done in a timely fashion and looks marvelous. He is a shy and reserved dog but always looks content when I drop him off for his appointments."
