"Worst organized pharmacy I ever have delt with. Multiple multiple times told thing would be ready when they were not. Awful time management amongst the employees. And largely a corporate failure where you can have 10 people behind the pharmacy desk and you still have to go around the building 2 times after they told you your prescription. Would be ready an hour BEFORE you arrive. Horrible"
"Absolutely horrible...management and corporate should be embarrassed for the way the pharmacy is run. I called to see if I can update my health insurance information. Someone picked the phone up set it down..I heard all back ground noise for 2 mins. They then put the phone back on hold for 15mins which is when I hung up. Pathetic!! Worse ever..hire someone to answer the phone and put orders in or update information."
"After a computer error prevented me from getting a vaccination, this store stepped up their level of service. The pharmacist on duty got the error cleared and I got the vaccination today. This location must be commended for following thru with good service."
"Been a CVS customer for years and this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Had my provider send scripts to a different cvs, picked up one from the new one and somehow this one got the rest of the meds and I had to wait weeks for them. We are always out of meds completely before I can get the refills here."
"This pharmacy is severely understaffed and chaotic. The line to pick up was at least 10-15 guests deep the entire time I was waiting and the drive up window was closed due to staffing. I was at the pharmacy for close to 4 hours. Kudos to the techs that have to deal with all the angry customers and are overworked due to staffing issues. If you would like to read about my experience, keep reading: I received an alert to update my insurance. After calling on 2 separate occasions and sitting on hold for 45 minutes before being disconnected without speaking to anyone, I decided to visit the pharmacy instead. After proceeding to the "drop off" window, I spoke with the pharmacist working the window. I advised him to rerun my claim since my coverage has been fixed. He said everything is good. I asked him if I could wait for my prescription he said "okay" but could not provide an ETA, even though my prescription was a refill and already prepacked and sealed. I waited patiently for 2 hours and 45 minutes before being approached by a tech. She said my prescription was not re-ran through my insurance and to speak to the "drop off" window again. I once again went to the "drop off" window and spoke to the same pharmacist, he kept saying "okay, okay" and said it was fixed. I once again asked to wait for my prescription. The tech that approached me the first time ensured that my label was printed and given to the other pharmacist for filling. After about another 20 minutes, I received a text that my prescription was ready for pickup. I waited patiently for another 5 minutes and the tech once again checked on me and rang up my prescription. She said that only 1 out of 2 were re-ran through insurance. I told her I would fix the other one next time since I had already spent close to 4 hours at the pharmacy. The pharmacist working the "drop off" window was incompetent and I had to explain to him step by step what to do to my prescription and had to ensure that things were done correctly. If it weren't for the tech checking on me, I would probably still be waiting for my prescription."
