"I’m officially switching pharmacies to this one. After a second instance of an annoying eligibility glitch at the CVS pharmacy in Joppa/Belair Rd prevented me from refilling a script, I came here and Muhammad cleared it out in 20 mins and was able to refill my script. Now…that’s great customer service."

"I have previously reviewed this store, but recent disappointments with customer service and the pharmacy require an updated review. The most recent prescription we picked up was of concern. The "sealed for your protection" seal was broken and pills were missing from a prescription bottle. We noticed only after opening the bag at home. ANY pharmacy that allows this to happen should be audited and reviewed for prescription safety. There is no way to know if theft or drug tempering is occurring. We called several times and were on hold for more than 15 minutes each time. After talking with a pharmacy employee, she was helpful and told us to come in for a corrected prescription. However, when we went to the pharmacy, the employee who helped us was rude, impatient, and dismissed our concern about drug safety. This store does not value drug safety, which is extremely concerning."

"Ms. Ebony went above and beyond and is the ONLY reason this CVS is getting a 5-star review. If it was for Elizabeth (Pharmacist) this review would have been a 1-star review. Went to get my meds that I was told would be ready today well 2 of 3 was done and the 3rd one I was told i needed to come inside and talk to someone about it because it was on hold. No problem I understand the pharmacist tells me that the reason it was on hold is because there was no supervising dr on the script, so i asked 3x's for her to print it out so i knew what i needed to tell the dr who sent it over, she prints it out and the Dr's name was right in the middle of the script so now IM PISSED because I have waited 2 days for the meds and the pharmacist put it on hold for something that it should of never been put on hold for. Ms. Ebony steps right up and takes charge of the situation and within 10mins i had my medicine in hand and leaving the store. Ms. Ebony did not have to do what she did but I am extremely grateful that she did. I have never had any issues with this pharmacy until now Elizabeth needs to be retrained and should not be a pharmacist, she was completely clueless to what was wrong and did not pay any attention to what she was doing. Ms. Ebony on the other hand she deserves recognition for saving this review and turning it from a 1-star to a 5-star. I recommend CVS Corp to PROMOTE Ms. Ebony for her fantastic customer service and I also am recommending CVS to re-train Elizabeth cause stuff like this cannot HAPPEN!! Thank You again Ms. Ebony your great at what you do and i surely hope CVS appreciates you for what you continue to do on a daily basis and if they don't please let me know I would be more than happy to have someone at my company doing the great things you do."

"This is the second time in less than a month I went to get my medication. The pharmacists were rude to me, barely looked for my meds, told me they didn't have my meds when the app said they were ready, and some of my meds had been put back early so I have to reorder them. I will NEVER use the in store pharmacy again."
