"Where is the 6th star so I can add that to my review?! I have been to many veterinarians, and Carney Animal Hospital is one of my favorites. Zero guilt-tripping, zero pushy "you have to have this vaccine (minus rabies), that new medicine," and zero condescending attitude. They inform you about your options, do not pressure you, and are upbeat and friendly. Did I mention loving? My Husky got nothing but love and hugs. They worked with his free-spirited attitude (being held without me around), and he loved them. Now, onto the cost. I found the prices extremely reasonable. Our previous vet charged double and then some. I picked up 12 months of heart-worm medicine and heard the lady helping the tech key everything in say, "Since she is getting 12 months' worth of it, she will get a $25 discount." What? I would have never known about this had she not initiated it. I was amazed. The honest, caring, compassionate veterinarians (who are not charging you exuberant fees) are hard to come by. Their work is challenging, and they are people who keep giving. If you go there, try to follow some etiquette (oh hey, put and keep your doggo on a leash!), talk to them, and share your needs, and your fur family will be treated with care and love. Carney Animal Hospital will be my go-to veterinarian as long as we live here. Thank you, Dr. Andrew. Your love for animals shows not only by how you treated us but also by the kind of team you cultivated. Just know that there are people who can see and cherish your hard work. Leo loves you all."

"I came here prior to the pandemic and the female vet was amazing. I think she sold the practice and didn’t inform me and the new vet has a lax attitude, I don’t feel comfortable bringing my cats here anymore. so I went somewhere else."

"I took my cat here when he began to get sick and everyone in the building were beyond professional and sympathetic. I could tell they deeply cared for me and him. They helped me every step of the way by explaining the issues, giving me resources and taking time out of their day to sit and talk with me. They even gave me crucial advice when it was time to say goodbye to my best friend. The best place I’ve been for pet care and will gladly return whenever I have a buddy in the future."
