Many times I've gone in and they've been able to quickly fix or diagnose every bike issue I've ever had. They've worked on my ebike, vintage bike, and road bike with no complaints and I always leave knowing more than I knew before walking in. They sell tools, bags, consumables like tubes/c02, King cages, and do excellent service. Their pricing is honestly great - every repair is cheaper than I'd expect to pay. also, the vibes are great. Sometimes there's a dog. There's cool shirts. Everyone is really nice. It's my first choice for a bike shop in this city and it's even better by the fact that I can make the walk of shame from home with an inoperable bike. lots of parking (bike and car, if that's your thing), easy access by bike path.
