Also, they are truly attentive workers - who know how to properly select modest and modern clothing for people attending business meetings! "I have been a J. Crew customer for 15 years. However, it has changed a lot in the past year, the styles are not as they used to be, the qulity dropped, the prices stayed the same and the customer service - unbelievably bad. I tried to return something today, and the sale rep told me I can not return it because I just exceeded the return period. This never happened to me before. Not to mention the store was full of new sale reps that had no grace and no skills. Made it feel like I was in a cheap tavern ordering a hamburger. Such a dissapointment."
