"Decent selection. Few larger sizes available. The associates are very friendly especially in the fitting rooms! They were smiling and offered assistance. The cashiers could have been more helpful and not so sloppy with the transaction. Store is clean and racks are organized. It's downstairs in the mall."
"First of all, the store was super unorganized, which isn't a shock, most Forever 21s are. However, I'm leaving a negative review because when I checked out, the cashier literally looked me up and down, then asked "are you sure a small is going to fit sweetie?" in a very snarky tone. The funny thing is, I'm an XS and was buying the shirt as a gift for my friend who was in a different store since it was her style, so I know the cashier made the comment with negative intentions. I literally minded my own business, kindly greeted the cashier, and didn't even speak the whole time I was in the store, except to say hello to the employees that greeted me, and I even neatly refolded any merchandise I picked up to lessen the employees' workload (I work in retail so it's a habit lol), so I have no idea why I was treated like that."
"Clothing options are okay, I usually find one or two things I like. There are basically no pants options for petite women, which is always kind of sad considering they do have some cute pants. Also, their 20% off deal for signing up for the emails is a scam. I signed up simply for the discount only to be told it couldnt be used that day. The next time I came in, I tried to use it and they said it wouldnt apply since my item was on sale. Today, I tried to use it on a non-sale item, only for them to say it had already been used. Such a waste that I never even got the 20% off"
"DO NOT BOTHER coming to this store. The staff has got to have the WORST attitude of any store I've been to in the last year. No smiles, no offers to help, and when I asked an asdociate who was busy angling a clothing rack JUST SO for help, she could barely be bothered to tell me that that was the only size they had, and when I then asked her if it could be ordered in the size that I wanted, I was told to go ask somebody else. Very rudely. Take your dollars somewhere else, to a store that will appreciate customers!"
