"Nice staff, clean rooms, good free breakfast. They have this down to a science. My receipt did not have to be printed, it was waiting in a stack of scheduled check outs for that morning, ready to go. Again, awesome staff. Front desk does such a good job, I never have to ask for anything."

"Came for a conference and was satisfied with the room. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but other than that it was fine. The beds were great and the pillows were wonderful. Their oatmeal is horrible. The rest of the breakfast buffet is adequate and typical."

"I am so grateful to the front desk staff of this hotel for taking such good care of me during my return from a deployment! I landed at BWI and called the front desk at 3am. They had a driver come pick me up from the nearest door to where I was at the airport within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the front desk. They checked me into a room and got me late check out so that I could actually get some sleep and had a shuttle ready for me at check out to bring me back to airport for my flight home. This was 5-star hotel quality service and I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful!"
