"Rooms were clean, small charge for safe use, but refundable if not used. Stayed due to incoming snow storm. Their shuttle got stuck, but Joe made the effort to get us a ride with nearby hotel shuttle. We will be back."

"The Staff and the shuttle drivers and the location were beyond 5. The room is just a budget room and everything was clean except for the towels (had to go to a Walmart to get some new ones just for the 1.5 days I was there) I probably could have asked for new towels and the nice staff would have swapped out. The beds are clean and comfortable. I went in not expecting much but it was better than expected"

"Great hotel that is close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle. They offer a MILITARY RATE! Present your military ID at check in. Keep in mind, they automatically charge a "safe usage fee" for $2, make sure you ask them to remove it because most likely you won't use it. The rooms are average with visible wear and the A/C wasn't too clean. Overall, I was happy with my stay."

"Beautiful people on staff from front desk showing interest in my daily excursions, offering amenities, to helping me turn up heat in my room. Quite surprisingly quiet soundproofing - never heard from next door neighbors rooms both sides. Very easy access to surrounding counties and inner harbor/stadium areas since off the highway. No noice from highway either. Quiet for so near airport. Would recommend staying there always no matter where day trips or traveling. Very pleasant experience - many smiles."

"I recently stayed at this hotel(9/11/2023), and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. To begin with, the personnel at the reception were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in providing assistance during the check-in process, which left a sour first impression. The complete absence of adequate parking facilities throughout my stay only compounded the frustration. However, today's (09/18/2023)incident was even more frustrating. I was refused both parking and check-in at the hotel, adding to the list of issues I've encountered during my stay. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that the hotel's management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more satisfying experience for future guests."
