"Lynn Hill has the best maintenance crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Josh, Devin, and Bert are all nice, friendly, and respectful when entering my unit or if I see them around the property. Devin helps me understand how to avoid certain issues when coming to resolve maintenance tickets. They are a great team and continue to make the community great. The property management team are phenomenal. They are sure to follow-up and verify maintenance requests were completed. Ryan is very hospitable and welcoming, along with the other office staff, Wakeelah and Ashli. Update: I lived at Lynn Hill for 4 years and would’ve absolutely stayed there longer if my circumstances hadn’t changed. A great quiet community, with quick access to the highways, city, and creature comforts. The proximity to the local/family owned farmers market was perfect too. I live there through the community upgrades and know Ryan (property mgr) will continue to add more amenities to make it even better. I would recommend 10/10!"

"Wonderful manager. Ryan was genuine and personable. The area was nice with a good community. The office is setup like the apartments available so very easy to know what you're getting into. Was nice to hear they paid 90% of the utilities. Also gave some other apartment suggestions, as i had a budget in mind, and he was super understanding on what i needed."

"I Moved in the beginning of February and relocated from another state. A lot of things needed to line up to make this a successful move. Andrea and Ryan were so helpful in accommodating my needs. My furniture delivery was moved up and they expedited my walk though so I could have keys prior to my furniture being delivered. It is stressful enough to move across the US and Ryan and Andrea made me feel at home before I even moved in. They really made this move so easy for me! Ryan was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and knew how to get all the answers I needed. My experience her has been wonderful! I feel very safe here, any maintenance issue have been address immediately and the staff has been great! I have read some negative reviews, and they are from people who do not take responsibility for their own actions. Wonderful place to call home! PS. Master bedroom is Hugh! Top of the line appliances and large living space with Kitchen island."
