"I really hate to leave a bad review, however the staff at this hotel uses the handicapped parking as their personal parking spots. This leaves the truly disabled to walk thru the snow and ice to get into the hotel. I voiced my concern and was dismissed as if it did not matter to the manager. The photos I have attached are of one of the employee's cars, they do not have handicap stickers. Also the internet is extremely slow and kicks you offline every 15 minutes unless you pay the expensive upcharge. UPDATE After posting this review management stated that they would be taking measures to make sure that their employees do not park in the handicap spot. 4 days later they're still parking in the handicap slot. Management doesn't give a damn about disabled Patriots."

"Will never stay again. The stay and room itself was satisfactory. However their costumer service was horrible. There was an issue with being double charged for the room. I imagine that can sometimes happen when booking through a third party, I simply called to explain the situation and ask for one of the charges to be refunded. I spoke with Nyesha the morning of November 13th. Her explanation for the double charge and her explanation for how she planned to go about the refund was extremely confusing, when I asked questions to clarify she immediately began to be disrespectful and raise her voice. There was absolutely zero need to speak to me that way, she tried to make it sound as though it was solely our fault for the double change and choose to see zero error in her explanation and became angry that I didn’t immediately understand. Your staff should be trained better to handle such situations and I would not stay again or ever recommend anyone too if that is that kind of staff we will encounter."

"The front desk staff on the shift were not personable at all. I met another person staying at the facility and they helped me get service by ringing the call bell. She stated “ if you don’t ring the bell, they’ll take forever” I initially chuckled but I could tell she was serious. The smell of the hotel is horrible. This hotel need to turn into a non smoking hotel. The whole thing smelled really bad. And between the burnt smell of food and cigarettes it was the worst experience I had. My room was clean but there were rust stains in my sink. Shower hard to operate and loud ac system. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had in my hotel experience and I will never stay at an extended stay ever again. I should request a refund as I checked out of the hotel early but it’s truly my fault for booking. Lastly, the oddest thing I’ve experienced is that they had police camped in the parking lot at night. Made me wonder what activity happens at this hotel. That did not comfort me at all."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here after a concert. We ordered doordash for breakfast and it was left at the front door. When my boyfriend went to go get it, it was nowhere to be found. He asked the front desk, who said they had no idea what he was talking about, yet were enjoying our breakfast and coffee. Absolutely disappointed with the blatant lie. The room was okay, nothing to ride home about. Our shower didn’t work."

"I am writing this review on behalf of a friend who m worked at this place for years and left due to mistreatment and racism from the Management. To preserve their identity and keep them safe from retaliation I will Not be sharing their name but I will share one of the images that they shared with me showing the deplorable conditions the place is allowed to get into due to laziness and managers taking advantage of the workers who are too shy or Soft to speak up for themselves; Like My Friend who was OFTEN taken advantage of due to them rarely saying NO for fear theyd lose their job in retaliation which the managers exploited MANY times. EVEN Having them called away from Family gatherings on their day off to make them come in and work. Aside from that they also had washers being broken at times making it so customers can not get clean towels or sheets; they also had on multiple occasions left mountains of dirty dishes for my friend to clean alone when other workers could in fact have cleaned the dishes before my friend came on during the day. Furthermore Management deducted pay from my friend to give time to others who were friend of theirs. This type of behavior is unacceptable and the people in Extended Stay America's HR Department seriously need to reconsider who they are keeping on as a managers. Because their lack of concern for my friends issues and reports about the conditions and the incidents where they felt they were racially discriminated against has cost them a good worker. But I dont need to say anything more. This picture my friend sent me of the kitchen that I am providing will speak for itself. If You Choose To Stay Here My Advice Is Enjoy Your Food Here Being Served On Plates And Dishes That Were On The Floor And Covered With Dirty Laundry In The Red Carts They Use."
