"This is my neighborhood Giant and I like that I can talk there. Their selection is decent and I think the prices are fair. My biggest annoyances are that they closed the entrance closes to Columbia Pike meaning that walkers needs to walk further. Additionally, the self-checkout treats you very suspiciously as if you are definitely trying to shoplift. I avoid it as much as possible and only use it when the lines for the scarce in-person check-outs are not available."

"Dont do self check out. Their machines are gliched. So its better to ask for cashier. I was cheking out self check and i was scanning products and then the machine didnt not scan when I clearly heard the scan . Then cashier came and said i never scanned the product. Not happy"

"I like shopping at Giant because it is conveniently close to our home. Also staff there are so friendly! They always help me and my family members to find items at their store. I find some products cheaper than other stores. Also Giant has a great app that helps you to earn points and offers you free items such as milk, bottle of water, ice-cream, minced beef, and eggs etc., I wish all the best for everyone who works at Giant to make sure their customers are happy!"
