"Tasha in the deli is PHENOMENAL!! She went above and beyond to make sure my Dad and I had world class customer service. I literally came back twice in a week just to see her!!!! From slicing fresh onions to making sure the bread was fresh we will eat our cold cuts with a smile!!!"

"Pros: very clean, comfortable shopping experience, and great store managers, Cons: you can not use Apple pay or any other way to pay by phone, only physical card or cash. Hope that will change soon as they said so. When I came to the check out I saw they don’t accept pay by phone but only card/cash. At the end, one of the store manager/assistant, Isabel, help me by paying, I told her I am gonna pay back regardless she insist no, and said pass it on the help. Sure I do. And i am going to pay back tomorrow. Thanks"

"I was really excited about this store since it isn't too far from where I live and I've heard it looks nice inside. While it does look nice inside, it has the same issue every harris teeter in the area has: a lot of their food is expired or moldy. It wasn't just one department, I found moldy or expired products in the produce, packaged and fresh meats, dairy, and dry goods departments.I have stopped going to some Harris Teeters in the area due this issue, and I'm not sure what to do but to avoid all in the DMV. Stores will contact me after I leave a review from other Harris Teeters in the area to offer an apology or gift card, but I really don't want it (I don't want moldy food, even if it's free)! The nice things about this store: the parking in the garage is free with no time limit, everything is spread out, and it looks nice. However, one elevator was broken, the cart escalator was broken, and a lot of things were out of stock. Plus the products were moldy."

"The new Harris Teeter is nothing short of impressive. -Very large parking garage with easy access from S. George Mason and Columbia Pike. The parking garage is very well-lit with large parking spaces. -There is an elevator and escalator to access the store from the parking garage. There is also a cart escalator which was very easy to use. (See photo.) -The store is aesthetically pleasing with a beautiful modern design. -The store is very large with an enormous inventory. -Some of the speciality departments include store made pizza, florist, pharmacy, bakery, salad bar, hot food bar, and so much more. -Lots of check-out lanes and several self-checkout lanes. - A full service Starbucks. -Large wine, beer and ale sections with lots of craft beverage choices. -Friendly staff. -I recommend free enrollment in the Harris Teeter savings program."
