"Idk what the lady name is but whoever worked around 9ish in the wine department on January 7th needs to be fired, she discriminated me and my friend for our age saying we looked young she has no right to do something like that or even come up saying rude things. then she proceeded to give us some attitudes as we tried to tell her we have our ID’s. The first problem started with her calling for back up to watch us when she was restocking everything herself in that department and could’ve watched over us. 2 is that she wouldn’t leave our area like literally wouldn’t leave once she stood right next to us talking with attitude as she didn’t have anything to restock on our side but decided to fake like she was until we left, we felt so uncomfortable with her just standing over us so me and my friend decided to leave because of the way she treated us. her name started with a G on her tag and she’s an old light skin lady. Never will I ever buy alcohol products or food products from this store again because of the way the lady treated me and my friend."

"This Harris Teeter is definitely a convenient location with a decent selection of meat and fish however, produce always tends to be lacking. My few interactions with a manager have always been pleasant. However, other customer service associates, specifically those at the customer service desk seem completely apathetic. It’s normal for three or four people to be standing around ignoring you while a fourth is doing something productive."

"Management needs to step it up, I've been going to this Harris Teeter for over a year and it keeps getting worse. They constantly run out of produce, have incorrect prices, and huge lines (see photos)"

"In general a good store. I still have issues walking up and down the aisles without issues but ints been worse at other places. They have more of a selection of gluten free items including bread, crackers, pie crust, flour, oil etc. I didnt see as much lectin reduced items so youd have to manually avoid things like nightshades, peanuts, soy, cows milk, cheese, cashews etc. The place looked clean for the most part. Leaves are falling so in and out creates clutter at the entrance. There are lots of shopping carts, and hand carts. This store is in Ballston so it can have high traffic. This is a large harris tetter with a large selection"
