"Rude people there. Asked to use the bathroom they didn't not allow me to use the bathroom informed me to go to burgerking across the street. NO NEED TO SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE GO TO DOLLER TREE OR SOMEWHERE THAT CAN LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM."

"I work entirely too hard to be treated like a criminal when I spend roughly 400 a month here. Following me but not offering assistance, demanding my identification for small credit purchases, and I also attempted to exchange something 30 minutes after I purchased it... never opened or used and had to go through so much. This place doesn't respect people who look like me. I would suggest anywhere but here. They won't get another penny from me. Wish I could give u 0 stars as well"

"I've spent a lot of money here. Today was the last time I will. From being followed around, to demanding to see identification when I use my credit card, I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal. I'll take my money to where I am treated with respect and dignity. Take your money elsewhere. Just because the store is in your community doesn't mean its for the community. I've spent close to 400 a month here and they won't get a red cent from me ever again... I wish I could give u 0 stars"

"Absolutely ridiculous. This store is horrible. Poor customer service. Today was my first time purchasing anything and it will be my last. I bought the wrong hair dye and decided that I wanted to exchange them. While I’m trying to exchange my items, the person at the register was giving me a hassle about how I didn’t do something exactly how they wanted it done. She kept going on and on about how I should’ve did things a certain way. This was my first time here as a customer so I wasn’t sure about the policy. By the way the policy isn’t posted up anywhere in the store so I don’t know a thing about it. Once I exchanged my items. I realized they gave me the wrong hair dye. I went back in to get the store credits and they refused to give it because every swipe they’re being charged. Apparently there’s nothing they can do about it. So now I’m left with 2 boxes of hair dye that I won’t be using. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!"
