"Good reliable supermarket. Mid-range products, nothing fancy and priced well. We do our weekly shopping here and then augment w Trader Joe's and Whole Foods."
"I've been shopping at this store for the past three months. I had gotten used to encountering empty shelves and not being able to find some items I was looking for. However, today was the last straw. How can you run out of white onions, the most common item ever? I won't be coming back. Folks, there's a Trader Joe's just a 10-minute walk away, and they're much better."
"Terrible attitude by the attendant at self check out named Will. The item I bought required assistance to adjust the price because it was on sale. He kept reseting the machine and left a couple of times before the problem was solved. I kept asking him to adjust the proce because it requires a staff assistance, I was ignored a couple of times. He made snide remarks after he found out that i was right and he needs to do a step for me to get the price to be right. He seemed annoyed and said "there I'm gonna help you alright!" , like a child throwing a fit after being caught not doing his work. He kept pestering me, intimidating and made comments about every move I made after I completed the check out. It was unpleasant and daunting experience for me and my child. I did not respond because I had my child with me. Giant, train your employee better with customer relations."
"Hi, I only go to this store for one or two items. I do not do my regular grocery shopping here. The times that I do try to pick up something. The item/items are out of stock. Earlier this evening, blueberries were all over the floor. In front of the deli department. There's quite a bit of distance, between the deli and produce department. The blueberries had been on the floor, for some time. l wasn't able to find someone to help with the mess. Then, the item that I was looking for was expired. The three remaining boxes on the shelf, were expired. I went to customer service. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. No one took the expired products off the shelf. This store continues to have unprofessional and cleanliness issues. Maybe, it's time for this location to close. Considering it's unprofessional and disgusting."
"Mr. Webster was so helpful and attentive following a one-off quality issue. He went to great lengths to make my order right and deserves this 5-star review for his hard work!"
