"I've stayed in over 300 Marriott Properties and again Aloft Brand falls very short of Marriott standards. Front desk staff not having a clue what they're doing, POS and credit card readers have not worked both times I've stayed here. Had to officially file a compliant with Marriott corp. Will update review if the owners reach out and rectify the situation."

"I have recently completed a 10 day stay at the Aloft. Great location and friendly staff. Having travelled from New Zealand it was great to stay somewhere with a great bunch of staff and guests alike. I want to make an extra shoutout to Q, the best bar staff I’ve experience in a long time. We spent many an evening telling stories and generally having a good laugh. Aloft are lucky to have you Q. Next time we are in the area we will be staying at the Aloft for sure."

"Stay away from this horrible hotel and room 412. The toilet had fences stains. To top it off, the mattress is absolutely disgusting. There are filthy yellow stains. When the toilet stains were brought to the attention of the hotel staff, they offered to have it cleaned. But surprisingly I was not given a timeline of when this cleaning would take place. So I requested to have a different room. And the pictures attached is the second room I got. I didn’t bother to ask for a third room; as I was just exhausted."

"I had what was a last minute overnight stay which turned out to be a week long stay at the Aloft. I was greeted with professional and caring front desk staff as well as the accommodating housekeeping personnel. Miss Dee at the front desk was able to overcome a reservation issue I had and Miss Q at the bar was hospitable to all guests the nights she worked. The issues I had with my last minute bookings were handled diligently and all staff made me feel welcomed 24/7. Thank you Aloft staff for making my stay fun, enjoyable, and warming."

"We recently stayed for a soccer tournament. Do NOT bring your children here. Our room was dirty, filthy.I did not want to step foot in the shower. My daughter's bed had dirt in it when she pulled back the blankets and you could see the bottom of the mattress and it was disgusting. I woke in the middle of the night with bites on my arm. There were dogs barking that kept people awake and late night partying in rooms. People were visibly drunk in and out of the hotel. The last day I went to take the elevator and it was full of vomit. An hour later it was still there with just a caution wet floor sign on it. The staff was friendly as far as giving us a room for the kids to hang and meetup but the hotel itself was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I could not believe I had to pay more money for it because it was a soccer tournament.Attached a photo of the mattress."
