"2nd time staying here. 1st time was a decent experience with decent customer service (3/5). Breakfast was average. Not bad but also basic and not that great. BUT…2nd time?!!! Carpet in room smelled like mildew and mold. It was a very heavy carpet cleaner smell when I first walked into the hotel. When I walked in my room it smelled like mold, mildew, and carpet cleaner. I opened the window to air it out for several hours as not only am I sensitive to perfume smells, I’m sensitive to mold. I left hotel for a few hours and came back to a straight moldy smell. Also highly annoyed that my fiancés company gave us discount codes and the hotel wouldn’t accept it despite their relationship and the corporate deal link directly listed on the Marriot website listing 30% off (fiancé was happy to show his company badge and we shared company email travel address that company used to initially provide the code). When I finally got them to find the correct company code, they agreed to honor the original price booked at, but the company code direct from Marriot website actually had a better discount they claimed wouldn’t work. They also lied and said another code they used previously wouldn’t work on the weekends and claimed that they don’t do mobile check ins on the weekend either so my mobile key wasn’t ready on arrival. In a terrible attempt to remedy the fact that they tried to charge me full price for a room we pre-booked, I got an “upgrade” to a moldy king sweet suite after they charged us more money and refused the code, and then ended up down grading to a regular king room like we originally requested. Up at 12AM writing this review because I woke up throwing up over the moldy smell and am thoroughly annoyed with these people and this place at the moment. Honestly should’ve mentioned the moldy smell earlier but already had strong words with the employee JP over my dismay about the discount that I was trying to be polite and give the room a chance but the mildew/mold smell was overbearing to the point that I got sick later. While the hotel looks nice, it’s just a bad experience."

"Definitely a 2 star hotel. CONS Room wasn’t fully cleaned when I arrived. There was a roach crawling around my room. The pillows are trash. Good luck sleeping. Tiny pool / Tiny Gym Cheap breakfast options AC unit was questionable. Hallways smelled like wet dog. People at front desk are unhelpful. Shuttle service doesn’t come on time so you might miss your flight. PROS Close to the mall / casino and a lot of good food options Internet TV - Netflix, Hulu Etc. Large shower."

"A two star hotel is an understatement. The hotel staff goes above and beyond in regards to every aspect of hospitality. The hotel is clean, the linens are fresh, the breakfast is good, the gym is in great shape and has high end equipment with full mirrors. I really enjoyed my stay."

"We always stay here. It's clean and the pool is so warm and nice. The girls up front are so nice. Love the shampoo and conditioner, and sleep mask bags. Breakfast is delicious. Just don't stay on the 3rd floor. The moisture in the air makes the rooms smell like cat pee. Avoid 3rd floor"
