"I am still waiting for a security deposit owed since July. Despite filing a consumer complaint with the county, I've faced delays and received no resolution. I plan to proceed with a court filing to secure 3x the deposit, plus interest. I don't recommend this property management company. If you have the means and time, consider legal action. Document your attempts and file a formal complaint with the county to support your case in court. Updated 1/19/23: It's disheartening that I received a response through a bad review but not in real life. If you're genuinely addressing this issue, kindly contact me personally via phone or email."

"I left a good review but i deleted it. I really dislike leaving bad reviews. I went to visit the apartments, there was no one there to show it from the Dartmoor side. The young on lady from Bristol walked me through and she did a very good job(Kudos).. I applied the same day 14th of Nov, in less then 30mins i was denied.. WHY I have no clue!! I paid my deposit along with the app fee. Here it is 22nd of Dec and I have yet to get my deposit back. I've called, left several emails and finally after weeks some one answered the phone spoke with her and my deposit still have not been returned. Maybe i did not get approve for a good reason because now I'm in a even better apartment. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS THEY RUNNING. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS OR ANSWER THE PHONE . I finally went in and someone was there!! WOW I spoke with the individual and guess what MY DEPOSIT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. WHERE IS MY MONEY? THIS IS UNSAT!!!!"

"Absolutely love the property! However please be aware that the maintenance team is very sketchy. We had a scheduled move out date and prior to the move out date our belongings were stolen from our apartment by the maintenance team. The leasing office confirmed this and also tried to take $ off of our balance so that we would not file charges legally. The maintenance team stole our things out of our apartment and then they returned it severely damaged to the point that the safe is unable to be opened. I lived in this building since it opened 4 years ago so to say I was shocked is an understatement. Almost several months prior to this incident a neighbor a few doors down knocked on our door complaining of the same issue. Now fast forward several months it has happened to me. The new staff seems to be a good team so hopefully they will do everything for something like this to never occur again. I will be contacting this neighbor because now I have proof to back up her claims and mine. Also we now have proof that the neighbor next to me saw people in and out of the apartment without permission. So not only to we have an admission from Dartmoor but we also have witnesses! Huge lawsuit coming to Dartmoor Place. Needless to say Murn Management is not where you want to be!"

"Don't move or apply here. I was set to move in and went to pick up my keys but was running a few minutes late so the person was no longer there. Couldn't get in contact with anyone for the next 2-3 days, not even the property manager. So I decided to cancel moving there and decided on another apartment. They will not refund my holding deposit although they're the reason I was unable to move in. Never seen anything like it."

"DO NOT APPLY HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! RUN FAR AWAY! It’s a beautiful place and the lady that gave me a tour was great. We applied and waited to hear back. After 24 hours went by we tried calling and emailing SEVERAL times with no luck! I even called the location next door that they own and no answer. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOOKS!"
