"I thought I booked my vaccine appt at this store, but I was mistaken. Pharmacy staff was very rude. I asked if I could get the flu shot anyway and they said NO. I pointed out that their website says one can just walk in (no appt needed) and the pharmacist laughed and said the website is wrong. He was not even waiting on me - he just contributed his two cents. I found the staff (all 3 of them) to be very unprofessional. I will never give them my business again. I did got to the Rite Aid on County Line by Street Road and they were wonderful - professional and helpful. They have my business going forward."
