"I have been coming here for a few years for pedicures and waxing. The last couple of times I was there the staff was incredibly rude. Most recently I called to see if they could see me for an eyebrow wax and was told to come in. After waiting for 15 minutes one technician took me back and mid-wax switched w/another technician. The second technician asked me twice if I wanted eyebrows only I said yes. Then she proceeded to laugh and say, "oh you have white in your eyebrow". Ummm they are called gray hairs and I am pushing 50 so that is not big surprise lol. Then she proceeds to tap on my upper lip and say no lip wax? I already told you no and secondly you just had your hands on someone's foot for a pedicure I really don't want your hand near my mouth. Never again uncleanly and beyond rude. Some advice be nicer to your long-standing customers. Also if you are busy don't tell customers it is ok to come in my wax was rushed and they never bothered to trim and pluck like they usually do total waste of money."

"This salon is pleasant and the operators efficient. Unlike so many other places in my area, this salon has maintained it’s pre-pandemic standards. My caring manicurist wrapped my toes in plastic before helping me put on my shoes since I had forgotten to bring my sandals . The prices are reasonable as well."
