"The store in Waldorf has the worst customer service. They had a problem before where the staff were really rude and never helped when you asked for help. They have since improved a little bit, but the store lines are out of control and people are jumping the line all over the place. One of the basic duties of check out clerks are to ensure that lines are not violated, and reduce wait time. This service is non-existent here and the staff are clueless to this problem. Today, the clerk let one woman jump in front of three people waiting and when I got there, I rushed to the counter ahead of an employee getting two items. The clerk actually asked me to step back, which I did, but I though since the women ahead was a store employee can't she or the clerk volunteer their spot since I waited so long. Then they proceed to flirt before they get to me, which was annoying to watch to say the least. I have stopped going there before prior to the improvement in service, but if they start lacking again and don't pay attention to these issues, then I will stop going all over again. Nobody wants to wait an hour to pay for one item."
