"The husband of this establishment is very nasty and unprofessional I been here quite a few times and had a young lady by the name Tia do my nails she’s very good she’s patient but in the process of her doing my nails I have seen the husband causing a couple of workers there money and their clients by being disrespectful to the person that’s not there for him- this day I chose to get my nails done. Tia was out for the week so I said the next available person would be fine the wife gave me a 315 appointment when I got there the wife wasn’t there and the husband was rude disrespectful told me to come back at 4pm because he wasn’t doing my nails - and Tia is not here which I was already aware of and when it was clear that it was 2 other workers there- and available so I won’t be going back. I just can’t take the disrespect unprofessional rudeness service when you’re paying your money for the good service-"

"So I’ve only been visiting this practice for about a month. They were recommended by a friend for their fast service and affordable services. I tried them and I liked them despite them not always getting the point correct on my nails or not accurately facilitating a design once, I kept going back because the staff were friendly and were eager to correct their mistakes. Today I took my daughter in to get a refill and she couldn’t decide what design she wanted let alone a color because she doesn’t get her nails done so she doesn’t have a clue really of what looks nice and what shape fits etc. The older lady who is the manager and always at the front decided to do her nails. She was aggressive, rude and was telling my daughter she couldn’t get certain designs, needed to know what looks good on her hands as far as shape and color etc. Then she began yelling about her changing her design 3 times and that she already put on a base coat. I stepped in and basically stated that if she did not have the patience to do my daughter’s nails then someone else needed to do them. She appeared to relax afterwards. My daughter and I left the nail salon and paid for the service. I contacted this manager about her unprofessionalism very nicely might I add, and she apologized and hung up. I have paid over $200 plus dollars for both my girls and myself to get their nails done twice a month so to pay less than $100 twice a month is nothing but I am not going to support this business as I am a paying customer, I tip well, and I’m unproblematic! As a paying customer, I deserved better treatment and so didn’t I! I won’t be returning and I suggest no one else does! My daughter was defeated by her actions and felt ridiculed!"

"I tried this place after moving to the Delco area. I had been getting dip powder on my nails for almost 5 years and NEVER had them break so easily. These are my natural nails that I always grow out long. At my previous shop when they would do my nails it would take a lot for them to break. I come here and one broke in the same day. I go back the next day to get it fixed and they charged me $5 because I had a “design” which you see is only 2 black lines. 3 days later my pinky nail breaks. I call them and complain and I’m told that I should take better care of my nails and not to return since I don’t think they did a good job. 2 more days later my thumb nail breaks. In less than a week 3 nails broke from doing simple things such as putting on my pants and closing my door. They obviously use cheap products. I have never had my nails break so easily with dip powder on them. I would never return and definitely do not recommend anyone go here. The 3 times I went they all fawned over how long and strong my natural nails are but then turn around and say it’s my fault they’ve broken within days of getting them done here. Horrible! It’s evident they use cheap products. The first time I went I thought things were good and even referred 3 friends to them. One had her tip and acrylic come off as one. The other her gel chipped after only a week. As a collective we agreed that this place wasn’t a good choice."

"I had an amazing experience here! I had to take a phone call while getting my nails done (you know how that can be with no earphones) and they were very patient and efficient. Also the nails are very smooth ever time I come. No lumps. And always even. No matter who does it! Come here! Will not disappoint!"
