"Beware!! I went in for a French manicure with my natural nails for a funeral. The lady took my $35 before she started the service. She went to get the water to soak my nails and then she prepared to cut my cuticles. Without asking, she began to file my nail length down very short. She put my hand in the water and began to cut my cuticles. She started on my left hand while my right hand was still soaking. She got to the thumb of the left hand and made me bleed. My thumb is still sore from the cut (two days later). It hurt so much I got annoyed and told her I didn’t want her to finish. I asked them to charge me for what she did already. They have me back a $20 bill. So basically I paid $15 for my nails to get a bloody sore thumb, filed unevenly and cuticles cut from five fingers. They cared more about keeping my money than keeping a customer. Another person offered to fix it, but I was ready to go because I was in pain. Never coming back. UPDATE went to urgent care for antibiotics, I feel like they owe me money now!"

"I wanted to give a thorough review instead of one out of my feelings. I have been going for a few months now solely out of convenience. Close to my job, open late/weekends, no appt needed, okay prices i guess. My overall experience with this business is a hit or Miss. Some of the technicians are really nice or at least seem to be very friendly and outgoing, talk to you while your getting serviced, and very polite. Some as mentioned I guess the owners are not so much. I haven’t had any real unpleasant experiences that made me not want to go back but I did have a few that could have been handled more professionally. For starters I sometimes come straight from my work shift so one day i stopped to grab a sandwich didn’t think much of it. When i came in someone was eating chips and I saw others with drinks and what not so I thought it was okay to eat my sandwich and no one said anything nor were there any signs saying no food. That same day the wait was so long i decided to leave told the lady i guess the owner I’ll come back Sunday she said okay. I come back Sunday i had a bag with breakfast and coffee she rudely says no food go eat and come back. I thought i heard correctly so I asked what did you say? She says now in a more friendlier tone oh you go eat in car and come back. I say okay no problem. I didn’t know there was no eating because when I come in I’ve seen ppl with food and drinks. She says drinks okay no food. I say okay no problem I’ll be in my car just don’t give my spot away I’ll be right outside. I go to my car hurry up eat my sandwich come back in and wait to be seen. At one point i saw the techs arguing trying to take a lady that came in after me. Luckily one of them remembered I was there first and serviced me because some random customer says no she was next even though i clearly was here before the lady. Pays to mind your business but that’s another thing. As i was getting serviced as everyone else describes the service is usually rushed. I didn’t do a pedicure this time but usually it’s not enjoyable. You expect pedicure to be hot, bubbles, relaxing and soothing it’s nothing like that. They will turn the water on barely hot have you sit there waiting 15-20 min before anyone even comes over. And then when they do it’s usually rushed serviced and they will start trying to service your nails also while your getting your pedicure. I only had one time a young guy there did an amazing pedicure and he was so nice and caring and not all rough like the other guy. Anyway i just got a toe polish today so the guy i guess the husband did it and then his wife had to come do the rhinestones.Then he did my nails. And yes like everyone has mentioned before he is rough. He will definitely Nick you and not care. He was rough the last time and swear i had a cut but it wasn’t bleeding so they were like it’s fine it fine. Well yesterday he cut my thumb and it was bleeding. I should have took the pic yesterday but i got too busy and forgot. However if you look at the photo you can see where the blood has dried up. It still hurts. And i told the lady because she had to do the rhinestones after he did my nails and again brush it off like oh it’s just a little bitty Nick. Y’all not supposed to be nicking nothing let’s be clear. But the nonchalant responses to someone telling them you hurt them or cut them is what gets me. They don’t even apologize or nothing. It’s like oh hey we cut you but your fine you’ll get over it. Then i paid $110 total tipped the guy $10 and the woman $10 since she did part of my nails. The service wasn’t great but I always try tip ppl for their work regardless. And i did like my nails overall. Well by the time I got home one of the butterflies & rhinestones had already fallen off. It’s convenient as the others said that’s about it. Just know they only enforce rules when they feel like it. Because I’ve definitely seen ppl eating in there before on multiple occasions. I also have seen kids NOT being serviced in there even though they have a huge sign that says no kids allowed unless being serviced"
