Golden Spa and Nails

"I got acrylics done here only 2 weeks ago, and last night five of them popped off and two more are ready to fall off. I just called to explain what happened, and asked if they could give me some sort of refund or just redo them for me. I was told that after 2 weeks is when they need to get filled again anyway so they won’t do anything for me. I’ve never heard of anybody who gets their nails done every 2 weeks. I didn’t even get an apology."

"I came in with my mom and sister to get my nails done, all I needed was a refill and the nail tech rushed the whole process and did a terrible job, there is product missing from my nails in the corners and he filed them horribly not to mention that he was very rough. I don’t recommend this place at all they are very rude. If you decide to come here don’t do your nails with Tony."

"I was not pleased with the visit to get mine and my friends nails done. Felt very rushed took pictures of what I wanted done and was told the design couldn't be done except for the snowflakes. When the snowflake were put on gaps were left around them and gaps around the nails. Gentlemen was very rough with squeezing when painting and shaping the nails. Staffing was not very friendly at all and prices are very high for very poor done work. Will not be returning to this place. $110 for a basic manicure and a full acrylic set definitely was not worth the trip."

"Had a gel manicure done on Saturday 9/11. Monday one nail was starting to peel. Today 9/15, another nail peeled and I had to take all the nail polish off. It came off so easy, gel is supposed to be hard to take off and last at least 2 weeks. I will never go there again."

"I went here because I had to! My salon was booked and I needed my nails done asap. Big mistake. Place is DIRTY. Stay away! I am very observant and they do NOT sanitize their tools from the previous client or sanitize the chairs! The station i was sat at originally had all their food drinks and snacks out in the open! They were so busy that she drilled off my nails and left me like that for a bit! I asked for coffin nails and she said “i’ll try” and made it seem like a hassle that she had to do my nails and said it was “hard”. I asked for a refill and to fix two broken nails along with cats eye and that alone costed me 55$. I asked her to leave my natural nail alone and just put a tip on and just take off the acrylic from the broken nails and she didn’t listen. What a rip off. She was also rough with my nails and hurt me multiple times. There’s plenty of quality nail salons in the valley and this one is not one of them!"
