CVS Pharmacy

"Wasted my time. Told me to wait 15 min to fill a 90 day supply(180) pills. Waited 20 minutes got back in line. Got up to the counter, waited 10 more minutes, only to be told they didn't have enough to fill the prescription. They gave me 6 pills. 35+ minutes for 6 pills. Two pharmacists there and neither one of them helped. The front desk person was the one who filled the prescription. Ignorant and unprofessional. What happened to pharmacists that care?"

"The pharmacist was rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. Had to wait over a hour to get someone on the phone and then pharmacist got into in argument with me and out right lied. I'll never go to another CVS again."

"The amount of time I waited to speak to someone in the pharmacy was absolutely ridiculous. Also two members of the pharmacy staff told individuals that they were 10 days behind in filling prescriptions. That is inexcusable. How are people supposed to go without insulin for their diabetes and individuals who are on blood thinners that should not be stopped? Something needs to be done about this."

"The young lady at the drive thru was so sweet and polite. If you need medication than something is wrong and to have someone acknowledge that and just be kind helps so much. She made me feel better Han the one pharmacist and I think she may have been a tech of some type. She was amazing. We need more of her in the world. Good job cvs for hiring a true gem"

"Normally I get very good service here. The pharmacist are always swamped but usually Have a good attitude and exceptional customer service. The last two times.. not so much. I can’t tell you how uncomfortable it makes me when you nearly yell a medication across the counter to me. I’m right here you can tell me quietly! And then when you go behind the med area and say I’m lying about insurance because of a change I didn’t know about?? Working In healthcare I KNOW you can do better. Swamped or not it’s not OK to be rude especially when I’m understanding and patient. Please work on this! I know no body cares when you say I won’t return but I walked out of there and cried in my car... i do not want to do that again."
