"Our puppy loves going to Hounds Town. It took some initial visits to get past leaving us at the door, but in no time at all he gets really excited when we turn onto their road in Gaithersburg. Drop off and pick up are very easy and fast. We never worry when he's there for the day. Plus, he sleeps better at night. :-)"

"This is not the first time we leave our shy Shiba Inu at Hounds Town in Gaithersburg. Each time we've left her somehow we need to make adjustments to our schedule and Hounds Town staff has been very accommodating. When we drop off our little pup she walks right with them. A big plus is that we get to see pictures of her while we're gone. The price for boarding is affordable. We feel she's well cared for and will continue to bring her to Hounds Town."

"I just recently started brining my dog here for daycare and she has been very happy to come and is very tired after being here. We went on vacation and boarded her here for a week with no issues. She was a happy dog! My only complaint is that there is not a place to watch live cams of the dogs."

My pup has epilepsy, the staff is professional, caring & attentive. I’ve seen great displays of communication from am shifts to pm shifts both through daycare & boarding. Due to the pandemic I had not traveled in a while & just recently went on a trip. While away, my pup stayed in boarding/daycare. The staff was always informative, quick to respond & always paid close attention to not only my pups needs but those of all the others around him. This is a great team who’s priority is the safe and happy play of all the pups in their care. I have total confidence and comfort knowing my pups is in safe hands & has lots of fun at HoundsTownUSA_Gaithersburg!"
