"I am not happy about the misleading advertising for their sphagnum moss. It specifically states on their website and my receipt that it is long fiber Premier moss. What I received was Classic. That's is not what I wanted nor ordered, yet when I called about it they didn't seem too concerned. So much for customer satisfaction. I won't be ordering from them again."

"Wanna know my experience? PERFECT! My state is next to the state the breeder resides in, so I opted to drive up and pick up a Williamsii gecko baby, last year. Meeting the breeder, reassured me that I was get a quality-bred animal, free of disease and parasites, & bred with the upmost care!
