"I needed a place for about a week and this worked out well. Seems like a converted Best Western, to me. Relatively clean. (Relative is a relative word, right?) Yeah, ya gotta deal with the cooking odors from other rooms and there's a definite wafting of cigarettes and weed ... The staff is excellent. Friendly, efficient. Update: I bumped-up the room to 4-stars. Not because it's fancy but because it's functional. The room is comfortable and provides practically all of my needs during my transition from one town to another. Recommend bringing a power strip. Also, it's nice being on the first floor near the entrance door and close to my car."

"Very nice hotel. Close to many convenience stores like Royal Farms, 7-11 and restaurants to dine at. The rooms are spacious and clean! Room service is 5/5. PLENTY of parking spaces. Has a gym and a laundry room. Every employee is super friendly and will help you with your needs. Kush is the best!!"

"My second stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. They helped us with the key card when it had a key card issue. The breakfast is coffee and muffins. It is in a good location, and is right next to 7/11 which is nice. (7/11 has a gas station and good espresso coffee, which i definitely recommend.) I like that all the rooms have a fridge and a microwave. Then it's nice to get groceries and then save money on food by just heating food in the hotel room. There is decent parking. There's free wi-fi. There is lots of hot water for taking a bath. Nice bathtub. The bathroom is nice and clean. The towels are soft and fluffy. It's really nice that this hotel has a laundry room, where you can do your own laundry. The laundry machines are really good. They are pets friendly and I brought my cat, who likes this hotel. (There is a pet fee for staying there with a pet.) To get any discount price, book online using the website, since it doesn't have discounts if you buy your rooms at the hotel. The email newsletter often has discount prices. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in around Gaithersburg."

"The customer service is poor. Every time you bring up an issue to the attention of the manager, he tries to justify it. "I'm sorry about that" is not in the vocabulary of the manager. The elevator is down again, this time for three weeks. The workers start at 6 am and sometimes don't stop until after hours. No concern for the comfort of guests in this hotel. You are not a guest, just a customer. Are they offering discounted rates now that the elevators are not working? No. Are the staff going to help you with check-in or check-out if you are on the second or third floor? No. You have to carry your stuff by the stairs."

"The location isn’t ideal. Many care skirted past blasting their music and many people were staying out side smoking and drinking. The service was fine. The room on the other hand was filthy. The sheets look like they have not been washed in a while and have not been cleaned since the last stay. The floor is dirty as one of my family members stepped on a thorn like object. The bathroom had stains on the counter and the shower was gross with a weird stench. I was not very satisfied and it is not a family friendly place to stay."
