"I have had my nails for over 40 years. This by far was the worst. I needed them done it was convient.the acrylic wS thick& lumpy. They did not follow my direction of what I wanted. They cut down extremely short & made the nail shape square. They are extremely over priced . The service was terrible. I went back in & explained what was wrong. He dismissed me. WORST NAIL SALON. SERVICE & PRICE ARE SUB PAR. Definitely under delivered."

"The salon is very nice, great music, relaxing atmosphere. The lack of massage time for manicures and pedicures was a bit disappointing. I prefer Hot Nails in Coatesville however their atmosphere is loud & not relaxing in my opinion."

"If I could give negative stars I would give a -5 stars!!! Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had!!! The matte top coat is coming off, my nails are different lengths and not all are coffin shaped. Didn’t clean underneath the nail and anyone that gets acrylic nails done knows that need to be done. And after new acrylic is put on and shaped you’re suppose to wash your hands then do the painting!!! Well that wasn’t done!!! Part my fault I should’ve said something but I was enjoying the company of a friend that was with me. Then I had brought little spikes with me to be glued on, but she wouldn’t even attempt to put on, now I woulda been fine with that but I’ve been to 4 other places that had no problem putting them on!!!! So what ever but to have nails done this past Thursday 4/13/23 and today is Tuesday 4/18/23 and the matte top coat is coming off and 3 nails are loose and the shape and length is all messed up!!!! Should be ashamed of yourselves to call yourself a professional!!!! I am a cosmetology educator and if a student had done this they would have to do it again!!!! Will never go back nor will I let any friends go there!!! I’d rather pay $200 somewhere else and be 100% satisfied!!!!"

"This was my first time going to this place and I had a great first impression; the staff is very friendly and listens to what you want. I only had a short wait for a walk in but I do recommend if you have a bigger party to make an appointment. I definitely recommend coming here."

"I'm visiting from out of town and decided to go with my sister to get our nails done. This place was OK. It was clean. Nicely decorated. WARNING - GET ARE CHARGING EACH CLIENT AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR Cleaning NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE IS SELECTED . The pedicure stations are in the back. We both got a general pedicure which took roughly 30 minutes. They use hot stones however they aren't very warm and they were literally run up and down my calves one time and set aside. Lotion was applied once fairly quickly and my toes were painted. Not really worth the money but the chair massage was nice and the water was warm. We went upfront for the manicures. Again, things were done very quickly and half hazardly. The hand massage was less then a minute for both hands and the hot towel was applied and removed in about 2 minutes. Lotion to my hands was applied one time. The most amount of time was used in my fingers soaking in warm water and at the end in painting my nails. My nails were painted fairly well and I was left under the dryer for an undetermined amount of time with no one checking in. We finally went up to the register to wait to pay for the service before leaving. Overall, my normal place is ALOT better but the time with my sister was priceless. This wouldn't be my go to place but it was just ok."
