"I went to this nail shops now twice, only because my regular salon was closed. the first time they messed up the design. this time I figured I couldn't go wrong with just plain color. My nails have not even been done for a full week and they are falling off. Never again will I go here"

"Went there today to get a manicure and almost left because it was dirty but i was there so i thought i would try and go through with it. The towel at the table was filthy dirty and she did not change it before she started on,my hands. She opened a drawer with a dirty box of manicure tools and i asked her if they were sanitized and she said yes. I said they don’t look like it and she took everything out from i front of me except the dirty towel and told me to go somewhere else. I am very thankful that she saved me from nail fungus. What was i thinking? I should have run when i saw how dirty it was."

"I hate to write this because everyone is so nice but 2/5 experience. I would give 0 stars but everyone was nice! I got a powder manicure and gel pedicure. I get my nails done once a couple months and this is the first time I've been completely disappointed after spending $115 with tip. I have no idea why the finish on my toes was so unpolished and CHUNKY(?) and started to fall apart after putting on shoes that same night, many hours later. So weird and disappointing. And then my manicure was chipping off literally 1 day after and was basically non-existent after 1 week. Wasted money that I rarely have to treat myself. It also took over 2 and a half hours which is super long in my experience. But again, everyone was kind."
