"Walked in with my roomie and they told me at first they would charge me a refill since I still had some of my old acrylic nails on. The woman puts alumina foil on my fingers to get the old nails off which burned. Then the younger guy cuts my left pinky near my cubicle nail and laughs about it after saying “oh I sorry”. Next, he tells me if I get coffin shape with a full new set it would be $40 so then 5 minutes later he tells me he’s gonna charge me $50 so I tell him that I’ll just do square shape because that’s shady with changing the prices. They also argued in their own language about my roommate and the color blue she wanted for her ombré nails. Then he kept pulling my hand and telling me to relax. I will never go here again. They over charged my roommate and I and made my finger bleed. So disrespectful like grow up and be professional."

"Very pleased, I got a spa pedicure with gel and full set of acrylic nails. The nails are very clean and well done and my toes and feet are very soft and well taken care of. Very relaxing atmosphere with polite staff. They gave very well done massages for both the manicure and pedicure. They also gave me a back massage while my hands where curing under the light. I had a wonderful time and I will be coming back."

"I called to make an appointment for dip nail manicure and repeated it several times on the phone that it is all I wanted. She sat me down at a seat to get a pedicure and I repeated that I just wanted a dip manicure, she sighed & looked at three other employees and they all laughed. I felt very embarrassed and like they were trying to up sell me every step of the way. The man who did my nails was professional so I decided to leave him a tip but I don't think I will be returning to this store. I am very disappointed because I thought this would be a nice nail place."

"I went here for the first time ever tonight & I am thankful I did! The staff was very friendly. The gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job & belive me he had his work cut out.. the last place I got my nails done at really did a number on them. The woman who waxed my eyebrows also did a fantastic job. The place was clean ans again the staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back!"

"The staff was well accommodating and sooooo friendly. The gave free water and back massages and the gentleman who did my nails used such precision and was so kind, and kept asking me if I liked how they looked throughout the whole process. I am definitely going back."
