"Worst pedicure I have ever received. Paid $50 plus $10 tip for a gel pedi, and the man doing it cut my heel open with the pumice stone, left gel polish on my skin and my toe nails are crooked and have sharp edges. Not only that but my feet are still cracked and dry and had peeling dead skin... the lotion stank and it was the most basic and underwhelming pedi ive ever had. how do you scrub so hard with a pumice that you scratch my skin open and still leave me with dry skin? I stopped in today and spoke with the owner and he refused to refund me because it's policy, but I will not allow them to redo a pedicure when my skin is still open. That's begging for infection. I'm days away from having my baby and just wanted my nails cut and nice so I don't have to worry about it while recovering from a c section, but all he would do for me is offer to redo it in the future but he wouldn't even give me a written card or anything stating I'm owed a pedicure... he just said he'll remember me. Sure... I never ever ask for refunds, but I did here because I happened to be in the area when I got it done, I live over an hour away and do not feel like i should have to make that drive again, thats so inconvenient. I couldn't get them redone today because of having the open wound and I won't risk infection. Not to mention getting my foot scrubbed in an already sore spot would be very painful... Very unprofessional to stand and argue with me about the terrible job instead of just owning up to it being awful, and he argued that my skin was barely cut, its not a deep gash so it clearly isnt going to get infected in his opinion. Its still broken skin, its been sore and swollen for days enough that i couldnt wear sneakers without pain. and then to not at least offer giving a gift card so that IF I were to come cash in on them fixing this when the skin is healed it would be honored no issue, instead of making an hour drive just to not know if they'll actually remember me or deny me and say they never said anything. I'll never waste my time or money here again. I'll pay, and drive the hour, to have Katelyn nails in lehighton redo my pedi in a few weeks before I ever come back to this hackshop. Take your money elsewhere, this place is so subpar..."
