"My veterinarian was out of town when my cat developed a UTI with bloody urine. The friendly receptionist worked my cat into the schedule. Once I arrived a fantastic vet tech took us to a very clean room and she took the history and symptoms. She let my cat be free in the room to reduce her stress. They did bloodwork and gave me printed results. Dr Shanaberger explained everything so well and was so kind and knowledgeable. From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Copper Ridge!"
