Easy flow of check-in and process. Timely with test results and responsive from my care team, and during the Holidays. The waiting area is clean and neat. The exam rooms are also, tidy, neat, clean and a great room temperature. Lab Corp is right on site to collect blood. (I didn't take to kind to Lab Corp asking me for a so called estimated, payment for my blood work but the Lab Corp staff was cordial and understanding, when I declined the estimated payment until my insurance is entered, and a bill presented). Not a Negative for Physician's & Midwife Collaborative Practice), however I fell it needed to be mentioned as a apart of my visit). Big Kudos to PMC NP SCOTT, JORDYNN, The young lady at the checkin desk, and the Staff Physician staff that assisted me in the exam area.
